EXCHANGE RATE is the sire of 31 stakes winners and 48 stakes horses with progeny earnings in excess of $20 million. His leading runners include stakes winners ERMINE($880,134), XCHANGER ($774,990) and SWAP FIPAROO ($664,358), RATED FIESTY ($330,160) and BE FAIR ($313,517).

EXCHANGE RATE was a graded stakes winner and multiple graded stakes-placed earner of nearly $500,000. At age 2, he placed in the Best Pal Stakes (G3) and the Hollywood Juvenile Championship (G3). He won the Risen Star Stakes as a 3-year-old and captured the Tom Fool Handicap (G2) at four.
